Established in 1957, Telligent Masonry is a leading construction and redevelopment company based in Rockville, Maryland. Supportive of charitable initiatives, Telligent Masonry donates to projects by the Catholic and Orthodox churches and the Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH).

In December 2021, APAH broke ground on a new multi-use redevelopment for a property owned by Central United Methodist Church (CUMC). The property is located at 4201 Fairfax Drive, Arlington, Virginia. APAH is redeveloping it into an eight-story building that will provide a new home for the church, including 144 affordable homes, a kitchen for food distribution, and an early childhood education space serving about 90 children. The project will cost $84 million and has been funded by the supportive community and key partners like Virginia Housing, Arlington County, and Truist Bank.

Of the 144 homes, 15 will be reserved for people earning 30 percent of the area median income (AMI) or less, 60 for those making 50 percent of AMI or less, and 69 for residents earning 60 percent of AMI. The property will include 24 two-bedroom and 12 three-bedroom homes. APAH will, upon completion of the project, manage the 137,000 square feet of residential space and the 2,500 square feet of amenity space.
